Designed Annual Appeal that raised $468,000, pivoted to create a fully virtual event in just three weeks due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, formalized brand standards, and increased online engagement with more than 900 new followers in 3 years.
Email Marketing: Designs and implement on-brand emails. Includes custom html coding, improving open rates, segmenting and click-through rates on Constant Contact.
Print Marketing: Concept creation, design, and follow through every step of the design process. Includes understanding print and mail house production needs and scheduling. Ensure the brand is consistent across all platforms.
Social Media/Video Content: Includes community engagement (i.e. responding, commenting, tagging, etc.) and regular content creation. Also, it includes taking a multi-channel, integrated approach to sharing content with the community on Jewish Family Service and The Resale Shop, a charitable project of Jewish Family Service Facebook pages.
Special Event Marketing: Supports the Director in all aspects of promoting Agency fundraisers including branding, collateral, PR, digital marketing, and project management. In addition, the Marketing Manager assists supervisor with logistics, planning, and a/v support as needed.

Designed collateral that helped raised over $108,000 through compelling visual communication and concept creation for the agencies' Fall Appeal.
Raised $53,819 for North Texas Giving Day Campaign through concept creation and design.
